Q1: How long does the class last?
Our Core Package is a 90-minute dance class. If you book the Showstopper Package, the session is extended to up to 2 hours to allow extra rehearsal time and your private photoshoot.

Q2: Do we need dance experience?
Not at all! Every class is designed to be beginner-friendly and inclusive. Our professional instructors tailor the choreography so everyone feels confident and can join in.

Q3: Can we choose our own song or theme?
Yes! You can pick from our list of popular themes (from Beyoncé to Burlesque) or request your own song. We’ll create a bespoke routine to match your choice.

Q4: What props are included?
Fun props are always included, from boas and sunglasses to inflatable microphones and neon skirts. If you book the Showstopper Package, you’ll also get access to more elaborate props and costumes for your photoshoot.

Q5: Where does the class take place?
Your booking includes private studio hire in central London. Venues are subject to availability — please enquire for the latest options. We can also bring the experience to your own venue, Airbnb, office, or event space if preferred. Travel fees may apply outside London.

Q6: How many people can join the class?
We require a minimum of 6 people per booking, but there’s no maximum — we can adapt to suit groups of any size.

Q7: Can we take photos and videos?
Yes! The Core Package gives you plenty of photo opportunities during the class and finale. For professional images, upgrade to the Showstopper Package with a private photoshoot.

Q8: Is there a minimum age?
Kids are welcome — we just need to know in advance so we can make suitable adaptations to the choreography and props.

Q9: What should we wear?
We highly recommend dressing to the theme, and we love outrageous outfits! Comfortable shoes are best, but beyond that, the more creative the better.

Q10: How do we book?
Simply send us an enquiry with your preferred date, time, and group size. A small deposit secures your booking, and the balance can be paid closer to the event.

Q11: Can we bring drinks to the venue?
It depends on the venue’s policy. If allowed, we kindly ask that you use plastic cups and leave the space as you found it.

Q12: Can spectators attend?
Yes — spectators are welcome (space permitting). Please tell us in advance so we can plan seating.

Q13: Do you provide the music and speaker?
Yes — we bring the music and a portable speaker for studio and on-site bookings. If you’re providing the venue, please ensure a clear, open space with access to power.

Q14: Is the venue accessible?
Accessibility varies by studio (step-free access, lifts, changing facilities). Tell us your needs when enquiring and we’ll match a suitable space.

Q15: What about changing rooms and showers?
Most studios have changing rooms and toilets; some have showers. We’ll confirm facilities for your allocated venue.

Q16: What’s your deposit, cancellation and reschedule policy?
A small deposit secures your date and venue. Deposits are non-refundable, but your event remains valid for 12 months.

Q17: Our numbers changed — can we add people later?
Yes, you can add guests up to the final numbers deadline (subject to studio capacity). We’ll adjust your booking accordingly.

Q18: Are your instructors insured?
Yes — all instructors carry public liability insurance.

Q19: I’m pregnant or have an injury — can I take part?
Yes, with your GP or midwife’s approval. We’ll adapt movements, or you’re welcome to spectate. Participation is at your own discretion.

Q20: Do you travel outside London?
Yes — we cover the wider UK on request. Travel and venue costs apply outside central London.

Q21: Do you provide invoices / can we pay by company card?
Yes — invoices and receipts are available. We accept bank transfer, which is ideal for corporate teams.
